We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. Please call or e-mail us for return instructions [email protected].
Refund policy
Cambridge Leather will promptly inspect and issue a refund for all returned goods received in new condition. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for such a credit to appear on your statement. If order paid by check, refund will also be made by check.
You are responsible for any shipping costs (and customs costs for international shipments). There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all returns.
